Cheater in my competition, both accounts are still running, even after i did report them.

Hello,
How long does it take before the cheater is getting banned? He is using his other account to boost his main account to get a super strong team. Besides that, the cheater is using a training camp on his other account against my team, to close the gap between the 1st place (me) and the 2nd place (his main account). Its getting really frustrating, and I have reported him almost a week ago, but both accounts are still running.

Normally within 3 days, when it takes longer that means that there's a delay and they will do their best to handle it as soon as possible.
