I have purchased a 5 euro Boss Coins pack via the phone app. Payment was done via iDeal ING. about 6 hrs. since the moment of transfer and I still did not receive the coins. Could I revive some support in this matter please?
For this issue you have to contact support via mail at EN.email@example.com with a clear description of the problem and also include your manager name and payment receipt in the mail.
