Bug step-by-step Description: I (Italy) have exactly the same stats(points, GF, GA, GD, W, D, L) as Germany, I also won and draw with them. There is no reason for me to be second but still, I am.

So, why is Germany first? Which is the last criteria that consider osm?

There is nothing wrong here and it isn't a bug either.

Criteria for breaking ties on League Standings.

Most Points
Most Goal Difference
Most Goals
ALPHABETICAL ORDER OF TEAMS INVOLVED (English Spelling)

From the above, you can see that GERMANY has won the league based on the 4th criteria.

So unlucky getting a draw in your last game mate.
