Forwards - playing wing style

Hi everyone,
First of all, I'm new here in forum and new in the game so if this topic are in wrong place let me know.
The first question is about forwards, when you scout players you see that forwards can be Poacher, False Nine or Winger so it's possible find out what kind of forwards you already have in your team?
The second question is if you are playing 4-3-3 wing style where you place your best forwards, on lines or inside waiting for the other two cross to him?

I'm sorry but I didn't get what exactly you're trying to ask here. Could you please explain it?

I suppose every manager has his own strategy so I can answer for myself on this one. When I choose to play with a 433 WingPlay , I place my top forwards on the wings but the ones that have the highest defensive powers too.
