Battle points calcucation

Can someone please explain how battle points shown on the members section are calculated?

Hi,
When a manager plays a battle, he gets 3 battle points for every match he wins, 1 point for every match he draws and 0 point if he loses a match.
This basically how battle points are calculated for every manager who plays in a battle.
