The Martinique flag displayed in the game is actually the flag of Saint Barthelemy. The correct flag is the one with the snakes
The Libyan flag displayed is the old one, the current one is this one

Noticed another one: the flag displayed of French Guyana is actually the flag of Sint-Marteen, the correct one is green and yellow one
