joining to private league (moderator is OSM)

My friend resigned from the private league which he established himself, and the moderator is now OSM. I sent an entry request to play with my other friends in this league. Incoming notification is : "Request sent
Your request to access this league is reviewed by the league's moderator. Please check back later." it said, and I still have not got a comeback even though one day passed. Does anyone know what I should do? When does OSM return to my request ? Can i join this league ?
