@milananto27 - I think that you would probably just have to wait for Barcelona to send him onto the transfer list if you can't scout him up

This matter has been reported and I believe this player's Nationality (Bissau-Guinean) , which was missing , has now been added on the Scout's list of Countries ( Guinea Bissau )
