Buying Boss Coin Packs

When I was paying for my boss coins, I put in all of the required information from my 25.00 MasterCard. I was trying to buy a 525 boss coin medium pack, and it just kept saying that something went wrong and that I should contact the Osm forum. I kept trying the buy the pack, but it kept saying the same thing. I tried to get the small pack, and it freaking kept saying something went wrong. I even registered my MasterCard online so I can be making online purchases, but I still could not get the boss coins. What should I do?
