Hallo..i am new here.i want to ask you how can i get into a staff and what does that offer me?

A good start is to help the community on forums, not everyone will reach staff position and you'll always start as forum moderator.

What does it offer me? That's not a good way to go.

You should not be doing it because you want something out of it, but because you'll like the game and help the community the best you can
