• Dutch Users


    I installed the OSM app and tried to login with my account but IT says that the password is wrong. I tried to change IT by using "forgot tour password" but there is no mail. I alsof l checked the Spam.

    When I use the browser it is possible to login with my user name and password.

    Please help me

    This is probably because you're trying to log in via the world version while your account is on the Dutch version. Of course That Won't work since they're two separate version.

    To solve this, just uninstall the app then go to your phone settings and change the language to Dutch language then re-install the app again and it will automatically be set on Dutch version. Proceed to enter your credentials (manager name and password) and you should be good to go.
