Do CPU not accpet bids anymore? I've tried the max amount that i am allowed to bid for certain players and they just wont accept anything. is this just certain players?
For example, I tried to buy Inaki Williams for £42m.. ok hes their best striker so maybe they wont sell becuase of that.
But i have tried many average players from England and none of them get accepted -
