Problem to sell player

I have a problem with the sale of the players, not sold as other managers sell at much higher price, where is the problem.

Same I have that problem, but I think transfers on the transfer engine are kind of random after 3 years of playing Osm. I just had to learn to be patient sometimes even though it can be really frustrating sometimes.
