@Gekke-Henkie-jr Yeah I am also wondering this too, as I don't see why you aren't allowed to battle in two crew battles at the same time, especially if you are in a crew that does not have a lot of people.

Crew is a team work .
Every one has to battle one .. you are one manager not two
@reytinq A manager playing two battles at one time can help crews that don't have many managers and are not full. A manager doing one battle at a time is teamwork... A manager doing two battles at a time is still teamwork, so I personally don't think there is any difference. If you can do two battles at a time you wouldn't be the only manager doing the battle, so there would still be teamwork. I think being in two battles at a time should be the most amount of battles you can be in because if you can be in 4 battles at a time, then maybe it wouldn't be as much teamwork.

I will tell you why my friend. Because like you said being a Crew member is all about team work. But unfortunately if it was allowed for each manager/ battler to join more than one battle team at a time there would be a risk for some of them to be often left outside of the action. Because some may be faster or selfish in a way and jump on the second battle team while others ( the unfortunate ones ) will be left aside on the Crew bench with nothing to do and missing out the fun of a CB.
Sorry but it's the bitter truth.
So please if your Crew needs recruiting start searching for those new future battlers and use the 2 topics we have for this matter. It is the most sensible and fair thing to do for the whole Crew.

@THE-BAD-OUSSA-_NL_NL I don't mean two matches, I mean two battles. In real life, you can't manage 4 teams at a time, but in OSM you can. So why not play in two battles.? This could help crews with less than 20 members be able to play 4 battles at once? But whatever, this isn't a big deal anymore.

I always play fair
But sometimes its hard to motivate some Crew members who have joined the Crew but never battle at all
