I can't use a training camp?

Dear all,
I am in a league with my friendgroup. I chose Newcastle united and I am facing Chelsea tonight. We have the same points and he has a slightly better team. I wanted to use a trainingcamp against him. But that option is not there on this slot?! With the other slots I have the option to do a trainingcamp, I have enough coins to do one. Is this a bug? Or did he somehow blocked my use of a trainingcamp?

There is nothing wrong here. You don't have the option to use a training camp because it has been deactivated on this league.
