A lock??

I was rebuilding Southampton when I wanted to play a friendly. I realized the Man United (Non-computer) is locked and I can't play a friendly or expose his/her tactic. Is it something about issues in the Man U manager's account? Or could the lock be controlled by secret training or training camps?

@ikloiwvie Maybe you are playing Man United next and they used a secret training camp. You can't friendly your opponent that you are playing the next matchday, and if the opponent does a secret training then you cannot expose their tactics. If they are using a secret training camp this could and most likely is a sign that they are using a training camp if they are playing you next.
