Hi.I have a bug about scout that when I try to bring paraguayan midfielder but the scout brings three midfielders that are not paraguayan.

This is not a bug. The scout didn't return with a Paraguayan midfielder because there is non matching your criteria and since the scout will always return with a player, it brings the next best thing he can find. Try adjusting and widening the range of your preferences and this could help your scout bring players that fits your need.
