After the last update I won three cups and it didn't count for me. I noticed that when igot the cup master achievement and the screen show me that i have only four cups but in the TrophyCabinet i got seven cups

I believe you're talking about Cup boss achievement, correct?
Some achievements are only counted since when achievements were introduced. Cup achievements are one of those.
Achievements were introduced only on 2014-10-14, this means that only cups conquered after this date will count for achievements!
