If you use a training camp on your account, then it is highly unlikely that your opponent received the benefits. Did they use a training camp against you as well which is why you were notified?

If you do not use a Secret Training to hide your tactics from the opponent's Data Analyst, then they will be notified that you have used a training camp against them. This is may be why they could have used one against you.
