I have a strong team and normally this tactic seems to work by playing wings, and playing pressing, style and tempo all around 75%. Defenders playing deep, midfield helping attack, attackers helping midfield.
I normally have higher possession than opponent. However, a couple of the better players with 433 will have better possession/more shots, even if their team is not as good. So I am wondering what the weakness is in my tactics or how other people successfully play with a 343 B formation.

I always prefer counter-attack on 3-4-3 B. If you have a strong team and you are playing against a weaker team you can turn defenders to attacking full-backs, midfielders attacking and forwards should always attack. Man marking should be always on in this formation. Tempo attacking 55%-65%. Pressing 45%-55%.

How can i beat 4-2-3-1 shooting from distance? he has the better team. i also want to know the percentage of pressing, tempo and style.
And what is the best tactic against 4-3-3 B.

Hi everyone, this post is for those who don't know what tackling to prefer based on referee's mood.
Green- Maximum reckless
Blue- Maximum reckless, try to use lower tackling if you're likely to win
Yellow- Maximum agressive, try using lower tackling if likely to win
Orange- Maximum normal, if opponent is weaker, use careful.
Red- Careful
Bonus tip: Try using lower tackling against weaker opponents. Eg- My team is stronger than opponent and referee is green, still I will go to normal. Tackling can also be dependent on how much you are attacking or defending.
