Definitely not. There is no way for another manager to know if you have or are spending boss coins or not. This is only viewable on your account only.
It will be a little bit suss if you've always got the cash for high level players though, in this instance they can only suspect you are using boss coins but will never know for sure unless you tell them yourself.
