Cant scout the german league

So i wanted to scout some german talents but when i want to select the german league, its just not there anymore. did i miss something yesterday it was still working.

so i cant play as a manager in the bundesliga, but i also can not scout players in the german league while playing in premier league???

It's not possible to scout any German players (even when playing on German language on other leagues).
