i lost my account!!

I had an account with the username: Nigga767 who's connected to my facebook . but i've connected my second account with facebook by mistake. so how can i get back my last account ? also i forgot the password and the email of it! please help me because that account means a lot for me

First read our OSM terms where it is clearly stated on point three that having more than one OSM account is not allowed after that decide which account you want to keep then send an email to en.support@onlinesoccermanager.com with a clear explanation of the problem and also include your manager name in the mail
