I lost this match and it was severe .. and after checking the settings, it turns out that everything was reset to zero point? I had a different tactic? what happened ?

Setting up tactics or change in tactics can only be done by the user. It may be that you set the wrong tactics unknowingly, network was poor when setting your tactics so settings wasn't saved or someone else has access to your account, etc... It will be a good idea to secure your account and devices you log in to OSM.
Sorry, but tactics don't reset itself.
