I received a golden ticket for my winning team. However, it disappeared after one week? If that is normal, then players should be given the deadline information as I still want to play with the golden ticket. Thanks!

Hello, every ticket is bound to the specific team and only available for 7 days. After claim it, it's not possible to cancel.
