HOW TO USE THIS FORUM
Make sure your posts are always and only in ENGLISH language.
Inappropriate language is not what we're looking for on these forums, under any circumstances.
Bullying or disrespect towards other managers will not be tolerated, including derogatory remarks about a person's gender, age, disability, sexuality, religious beliefs, ethnicity, nationality or race.
Flooding, spamming, phishing etc is not welcome either. Trolling, if controversial, inflammatory, irrelevant and/or off-topic messages with the intention of provoking other users into an emotional response or to generally disrupt normal on-topic discussion, is not allowed. The same goes for public criticism that's not constructive of the work or judgements of the OSM Moderators, Staff Support and Game Owners.
Please do not promote competitors' websites.
Try to limit the use of capital letters, excessive exclamation marks or too many smileys while posting. -

-Search Tool - how to use such a powerful feature?
As you can see the forum is full of different Categories and Topics with loads of posts. Therefore it is of a high importance for every manager to learn how to use this valuable tool that the forum menu has to offer. The so called Search Tool, it's that icon that looks like a magnifying glass.
If you click on it a new page opens and in there you can type a key word , relevant to what you need to find fast. For example you can type Nationality Bonus and click on the blue Search button. In a second you will see in front of you every single post in where your key word had been used.
In one word... Priceless !!! : -
Greetings to all OSM users and forumers.
Please take my advice and make sure you read carefully all the Terms & Conditions of Use before you start with your gaming time on OSM - https://en.onlinesoccermanager.com/Terms -
so you won't have to weep later.
-OSM TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms

-
These conditions represent an agreement between you and Gamebasics. By accepting the agreement you agree to follow the rules of OSM, as well as any other ruleset by Gamebasics. This agreement also applies when you purchase our products. If you have a question about the cancellations or refunds of your purchase, you can send a mail to en.support@onlinesoccermanager.com. If you do not agree to the terms, you should not register as a member at OSM.

By agreeing to register with the game, you agree to receive occasional promotional emails from Gamebasics. You will be able to unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
-
You may not create and/or manage more than one account at OSM. This includes accounts in different leagues.
-
You may not babysit accounts of friends or relatives. This includes taking over the account of someone who is quitting the game. Both are unacceptable.
-
You are to report all bugs you discover to the administrator, and never to abuse any bugs.
-
You may not use inappropriate language on OSM's Forums, Profiles, Chats and emails.
-
You may not buy and/or sell players for the purposes of artificially giving another manager in your league money, because that makes for unfair competition.
-
Collaboration between managers in all leagues is prohibited at OSM. This includes the fixing of matches and the use of the transfers system to give one club an unfair advantage over another. Factors which will be considered such include, but are not be limited to: deliberately poor team line-ups; players deliberately lined up in the wrong positions; managers joining a league and then resigning after a few days with the deliberate intention of colluding with another manager; the specific use of Training Camps to affect or alter Results in order to gain an unfair advantage or to protect another manager
-
You may not use any external software/script with the purposes of artificially giving you or someone else an advantage over other managers which makes for unfair competition.
-
We hold the right to delete or disable your account in case of periods of inactivity.
-
We hold the right to keep manager names and email addresses of deleted/disabled/locked accounts on our databases as a protection against cheating.
If any of these rules are broken (or bent) by you, drastic measures may be taken by the administrator to correct your wrongdoings. This may include the deletion or disabling of your account.

-I suspect someone is cheating, how can I be sure?
We often get questions about what's considered cheating and what's not. Managers reporting users just because they managed to build a really good squad, because they beat them while their squad is better or even report managers because they don't lose a match.
As you can imagine this creates an huge delay and unnecessary workload having to check all those reports.
So... Let's try to reduce this, by explaining when managers are breaking OSM Terms and when they should be reported.
There are mainly 3 situations where it's easy for users to spot when a manager is breaking OSM Terms:
Illegal transfers
- Doing transfers between 2 or more teams (managed by humans) where one of them is clearly the benefited with those transfers
- Buying weak players that don't improve your squad by huge amounts without a clear reason for it (don't have enough players to line due to injuries or suspension)
- Buying strong players that will improve your squad by really low values without having a clear benefit to seller
Collusion
- A single user controlling several teams or a group of users playing as a group to 'assure' that a specific team will win the league by setting losing tactics, weak line ups, players on wrong positions and/or play with strongest line up and camping their rivals
Now, if the situation you're facing matches one of the above, please report it here
Offensive language
- Offensive names, league names, profiles, insults via PMs, Crew Names.....etc
Since this is a special 'cheating' situation, please report it here
Important NOTE: All reports should include a clear description of what you're reporting and evidences added (if necessary, upload screenshots to an image hosting site and add the links on report)
- Doing transfers between 2 or more teams (managed by humans) where one of them is clearly the benefited with those transfers
