I would like to know how to get the best use of your fullbacks?, Is placing a CB into RBs position can be effected by offside trip?.

Well, not much is affected, you select your team, and see if it works... Although it does make sense to put your high attacking defenders in the "wing" position, and the ones with low attacking level in the center of the defenders

Thats right, CB are players with lower attacking value, while RB/LBs have higher value.
