my question is, when we are in the top 4 of our league and qualify for the champions cup, will everyone who was present in the previous league participate in the champions cup?

Only 4 manager (if you are playing in Spain, Italy, Germany and England) will get a ticket for the Winners Cup. If you qualify for the Winners Cup you will play against other managers who have tried their best to build up their team to its highest potential.
