Can't see the invite and can't find a player and they also can't find me/add me als friend

Please help!
I like to play in a competition with friends. They set up a league and send me an invite for joining. Although, I pressed on the link I am not seeing the invite on my dashboard --> invites. I tried via computer and also the app, but no invite appeared. I also tried to add him as a friend, but I can't find the friend on OSM with is manager name and vice versa they also didn't find my manager names. Seems to be an bug... I also removed my cookies but unfortunately it didn't help. My OSM name is: 'Maarton_2'
