433a shoot on sight counter

Hi guys. I have cup final in 3 hours and I need help. We both have equally strong teams with about 600M squad values. My opponent will use 433a shoot on sight with zonal marking and offside trap: yes. His defenders and midfielders are stayed on their position but his attackers support midfield. And all his pressing, style, and tempo are about 75. I need tactic to beat him. Please help
