UNABLE TO PLAY FRIENDLY OR ANALYSE

For some reason I can't play a friendly against the team in 1st position. And I couldn't use a data analyst either. Why is that?

I have players like de ligt and de Jong ,donnaruma and they are now only training the tiniest bits why is this ?
