Videos cannot open

Hi.When I try to watch videos on the website in my android phone(samsung galaxy s8),there is a video loading message but the video cannot open,the video loading message is showing for so much time.What should I do?Here is the screenshot:

@kerblaw164 Hi mate,
I had this problem today and I fixed it by disabling Adblockers. Disable the Adblockers and see what will happen.

I checked the adblocking option on my phone in google chrome and I saw it is already disabled and when I change the option the website works hardly.in disabled mode,the videos still doesn't come up quickly and i have to reload the page and try to find accepted company video but when I watch the videos on pc,the game finds the videos quickly.is there anything to find videos that pop-up quicker than usual as i watch from pc.

@kerblaw164 if you do not have any problems on your PC this means that it is only local issue, please try reinstall it. Try to clear all temporary data, cookies included. For sure try another browser on your device (Samsung Internet) and see what will happen.
