A friend I invited to OSM hacked the game. He got 124 million and bought a few of my targets. I had the best squad in my league and now because of his hacking he is now 0.1 mil away from my squad average player value. Is it possible for me as the moderator to remove him?

This weekend we have an event: Transfer Madness! You can sell 6 players and that's why he built his team faster.
Is it possible for me as the moderator to remove him?
To kick one manager from your league he need to be inactive more than 3 days.
Why do you think that way? For selling the players faster than you ??? Do you have proofs that he is a cheater??
