Can u scout players sold from the same league ?
Example: harry kane from Tottenham sold to psg , can he be scouted again? How, cos I've been trying but no success

if the player isn't playing on a team of your league at the moment and the scout find him and bring him, yes, you can buy him... The league and country must tally with that of the country/team who bought that player previously.
