Transfer Question!!!

Why there aren't any Spanish, English, Italian, or German teams involved in the transfers? Whenever I look at the transfered players, I only see other European teams involved in transferring.
Does anyone know?
I mean the players in my league (including my team) are only sold to teams other than Spanish, English, Italian, or German teams. What's going on?
