Weird Another Account

Hello,
I tried to get some free coins on Facebook from my Laptop and it didn't work so I decided to login to the game from my cell phone but I couldn't remember my password so it was so complicated and I decided to login with my laptop again. This time whenever I login, I go to someone else's account with a different team and league. An account called akrami.N where as my account is sedaghat with an unknown password.
What is going on? Did I lose my account? Why I am entering to someone else's account? Does this person (akrami.N) really exist? What happened to my team and my account? -
