I'm in a league that one guy has always 14 or 15 players, every day sell and buy 2 or 3 players, but 1 stricker, 1 midfield and 1 defend remains the same. They are the best players of the team and they play EVERY MATCH!!! their fitness stays the same!!! how is it possible?
If i have 1 player, playing 3 or 4 matches in a row the condition turns yellow or red... how this guy can play 16 games with the same players???

It may be that he does not play a match to raise morale, but you do not see good

That's not possible, as said above, it could be that he rests those players for 1 or 2 matches and you did't notice it.
Unless you have proof to back this up that there could be a bug then there is no issue here.
