Cheating, where to report?

Hi all,
I'm seeing managers (but I assume it's the same person) cheating in my competition by making use of strange transfers.
Where can I report this?

If you suspect someone of breaking OSM terms you can report him by going to his profile and use the report cheater tool you find there.
