team goals in Premier League
Chelsea has to become fourth in the end whereas Arsenal has to finish first.
doesn't this look a little bit out of proportion? The premier league is known for many strong teams but finishing fourth with Chelsea doesn't look vey challenging.

The goals we set for each club on OSM takes into account several factors such as: Player stats, number of players on squad, players age, last 5 seasons results for that team (in real life) and a few more...
I can assure you that they are calculated in a way that the whole league is balanced and the goals match the differences between the squads.
If you pick Chelsea on a league where you have some good managers managing Arsenal, City and United, you'll find really challenging to reach your goal with Chelsea
