Purchase not arrived on my OSM account
It's been 4 days now, that I contacted the French support to make a request to put my coins in my account with the purchase I made which dates from 08/20/2020. But he didn't send me any answer. So I ask you to put in its missing corners that I never had, and to forgive me for your not very formidable customer service, without admiring much the contents of this game.

Payment issues can only be handled via mail. And if you've already contacted French support then you need to wait till they respond!
