Strange transfer hour

In my competition the transfers are always at 3:00, 5:00, 7:00, 9:00, ...
But if I look to the transfers of today I see that a player has been sold at 8:33 to a club from another league.
The manager didn’t login today and the player was sold for way more then his value.
How is this possible?

This was due to server maintenance. Engine was stopped and after maintenance, they were started manually
