Hi mate,
We're aware of this and it's a problem we're trying to solve... but it's not easy and it will take some time. In the meantime I can remove those managers manually if you really want them out of crew forum.
If that's the case, please send me a private message with the managers you want me to remove and also include the name of the crew on it!
