Report cheater bug

I tried to report a illegal transfer cheater in my Winners League (main account), but I got the error "It is not possible to submit this report, because this manager has not made any transfers with other managers in the league."
There has been a transfer below player value between 2 human managers in this new Winners League that started today. I have reported it now via Multiple accounts, because I got the error message when I tried to report it via Illegal transfers. But can you please investigate why I got this error? Maybe it has something to do with the new Winners Cup.

I have tried that with a suspected cheater about 2 weeks ago. But they reject e-mails about cheaters and say that we have to use the ingame cheater report (even though that was not possible in that case, Jaimiu rejected my e-mails).
That was a different case, this one is quite clear. A illegal transfer between 2 teams from the same country, that played in the same league a few times and a price far below player value. I hope they handle this one well even though I couldn't report it in the right way due to the bug.

No, Jamiu says I have to report it ingame. They don't handle cheater reports at en.support@onlinesoccermanager.com
This means the cheater I reported 11 days ago got away with it.
