How can I anticipate my opponent's pressure,style and tempo?

I always check my opponent's latest match stats, I try to interpret action zones, shots taken, possesion etc. and play friendly matches too... But sometimes it gets confusing, how can I be sure that my opponent plays high pressure or low tempo etc. just by checking the match stats? any advanced tips would be appreciated....
