Best OSM (Online soccer manager) counter tacitc for my next game?

Hey

Today i have a very important game on OSM. Hes a bit superior to me but i believe i can take the W to home.

My opponent's tactics are: 4-2-3-1; agressive disarm; pass game; offside trap (yes); and zone marking.

What do you think its the best counter tactic to defeat him today?

my friend suggested me this: flank game on 4-3-3 A but idk, he said i was screwed, what do you think?
