Support FR still available?

I had a problem with the purchase of boss coins.
I sent a mail to FR.support@onlinesoccermanager.com 5 days ago, with screenshot, but no answer
In a previous topic, i read that i must wait 72 hours,

If your English is good, then you can send a mail to En.support@onlinesoccermanager.com with a clear explanation in English language and also attach proof of payment in the mail.
