It's impossible to help you without even giving us enough info about the problem you're facing.
Like the platform, the device model/version, osm version, screenshots, detailed description, etc..

My Boss Coins just give 1 boss coin instead of three like announced today. There are even times that I can only watch one single video and the other two aren't available.
It happened today about half a dozen times (or surely more!)) so do the maths. 2 "lost" coins in every single video that I watched today, about 40 TO 50 coins I should have already won...I am using PC -

There is nothing wrong with the rewards offered by triple coins. This offer only applies to the business club offer wall, and not for watching add. You can find them on App (Android and iOS).
