Task Bug

I did two missions.. one is the 100 massages and The second is to cell players by trading with other players. I must have 30 coins now because the first mission gives 10 and the second 20..
but here comes the problem. I only got 20 and it isn’t coming back. I restarted the games multiple times, and I’m still waiting.. ?! How ?! And why ?!
Can anyone help ? That’s just stupid
