Got kicked from league

I haven't played this game in many-many years, I can say it's worse now by a lot, but the problem I want to state here is that I was managing AC Milan in a league that was at matchday 20 or 21 and I decided to join a crew yesterday. Today, couldn't find my team options, so I didn't know what is going on.
The menu is counter-intuitive, and it took me a while to figure out that I actually am not the manager of the team anyomre. It's really frustrating as I was on the first place, leading the league by around 14 points built up a great team.
Any idea how to retrieve my team that I have no clue how I got dismissed from?

Could you please try to remove cookies and cache, including all data, from your browser and see again...

@lirind I have tried in a different browser and I also have tried from a different computer. Same result, I'm not managing a team anymore.
So I'm gonna report the bug.
