How much does a player's fitness impact his performance? Are there any known numbers?
Does a player with a dark green fitness bar perform the same as if he had a full bar (light green)?
When do you rest your players? Do you sub them out as soon as they reach dark green or do you let them go to yellow?
Hello mate...i change players in the line up, as soon as they get the yellow bar....i haven't seen any big change on the performance, maybe more injuries....
